When the surgery is closed, the NHS is still here for you. Consultations during extended hours can be pre-booked. In cases of medical emergency, dial 999. If it is less than an emergency, ring 111. Other options include on-line consultations, self-care, or visiting a pharmacy where extended hours are in operation.
