HOME VISITS

Generally, patients encouraged to attend at the practice for a consultation with their doctor - if at all possible. Mostly of the time medical problems can be dealt with by attendance at the surgery.

Some conditions or circumstances make surgery attendance very difficult or impossible. In such cases, we would ask that you phone the surgery before 10am. 

In some cases your GP can choose to refer to the PCN Home Visiting Service
